Mr. Horowitz is a shareholder of the Firm. He is the head of the Family Law/Domestic Relations Practice Group. David’s practice focuses on family law and domestic relations matters, including collaborative divorce, mediation, custody and child support. David is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Co-Chair of its mediation committee and serves on the Family Law Executive Council for the State Bar of Arizona. He is a past President of Collaborative Divorce Professionals of Arizona, and serves on the Arizona Supreme Court’s Child Support Guidelines Review Committee, the State Senate’s Domestic Relations Committee, and the Parenting Coordinator Committee. David also serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court.

David is a certified family law specialist and is appointed to the Family Law Advisory Commission of the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization and is its current chair. David teaches family law at Phoenix College and has taught at Arizona Summit Law School.
