Emily K. Pokora is an associate the firm. Ms. Pokora’s practice includes all aspects of corporate and employment law, as well as commercial and general civil litigation. Ms. Pokora double majored in Finance and Marketing at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and received her JD/MBA from the University of St. Thomas in her home town of Minneapolis, Minnesota. During her undergraduate tenure, Ms. Pokora was a member of ASU’s Division I competitive swim team. She continues to be a devoted Sun Devil sports fan and remains involved with sports professionally through the Sports Law Association. During law school, Ms. Pokora clerked at the trial and appellate levels for the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office and Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of Arizona.

In January 2016, Ms. Pokora was appointed as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Justice Courts.
