The Firm congratulates founding shareholder Daniel P. Collins on his appointment as a Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.
Mr. Collins is a founding shareholder of the Firm and has served on the Firm’s Management Committee and headed the Bankruptcy/Creditor’s Rights Practice Group. His practice focused on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and commercial transactions.
Mr. Collins graduated from the University of Arizona in 1980 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He received his J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in 1983.
