« Who We Are

Mr. Lishko is a Shareholder with the commercial litigation and labor/employment group practices of the Firm. He prides himself on helping his clients find practical solutions to their problems, and in strongly advocating for their interests in any legal challenge they face. Although capable of addressing any dispute which can end up in civil court, Mr. Lishko particularly focuses on the following areas:

Commercial/Complex Litigation

Recognizing the expense and stress of litigation, Mr. Lishko seeks to resolve issues before they wind up in court. When they do however, he strongly advocates for his clients at every stage.

Appellate

Mr. Lishko is particularly passionate about handling appellate matters. As a former judicial clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Mr. Lishko assisted in the drafting of numerous judicial decisions, and sat in on dozens of judicial panels. This experience provided him a behind-the-scenes view of how judges analyze and decide cases. Now as a private practice attorney, Mr. Lishko briefs, argues, and is consulted on a wide array of appellate issues.

Employment Law

Mr. Lishko helps his clients address all manner of employment issues. This includes proactively addressing difficult employees, enforcing non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and resolving complaints of discrimination or harassment. Mr. Lishko also helps employers navigate investigations by government oversight boards, such as Title VII investigations made by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or wage and hour investigations by the Department of Labor.

Real Estate

Mr. Lishko assists clients in procuring evictions, addressing tenant disputes, conducting trustee sales, and equitably partitioning property.

Outside of his law practice, you can find Mr. Lishko spending time with his wife and four children. Finding a spare moment to work out or read a good book (on anything other than the law) are his hobbies of choice.
