Matt Rapier

Matt Rapier focuses his practice in Transactional Law, including work in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Real Estate Transactions, Employment Law, and a variety of general business matters. Matt is dedicated to helping his clients achieve success and exceed their goals in their business ventures and entrepreneurial pursuits.
Matt was a research intern for May, Potenza, Baran & Gillespie in 2018, and a summer associate of the firm in 2021, continuing his education and career through his time at University of Arizona before graduating in 2022. During his time at University of Arizona, Matt made the Dean’s List, won Best Draft and Best Overall Performance at the national Transaction Law Meet, and received the CALI Award for Mergers and Acquisitions and specialized Certificates in Transactional Business Law, Business Litigation, and Tax Law & Policy. Matt attended Arizona State University for his Bachelors graduating magna cum laude, where he was awarded the Dean’s list 6 times, received the President’s award and the New American University Scholarship. Matt is currently involved in the Men’s Art Council supporting the Phoenix Art Museum.
