On June 20, 2013, Associate Justin Niedzialek presented a CLE to the St. Thomas More Society, as part of the State Bar of Arizona’s annual convention. Justin’s presentation, titled: “Civility and the Practice of Law: Keeping Your Composure and While Serving Your Clients Well,” focused on the importance of civility in the practice of law and effective means for attorneys to keep their cool when provocative behavior makes it difficult.
The St. Thomas More Society is group of lawyers and judges who are working to promote professionalism and civility in the legal profession.
Justin is an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy Practice Groups. Justin’s practice is focused on creditor’s rights and judgment enforcement.
