I’m reminded of being a child. Having visions of what it would look and feel like to be a ‘real’ artist. Not just a kid who draws in their room alone but has the power to create a visual language that excites and sparks emotion. Most of us chose to sit in one for as long as we can to indulge in comfort. Yet, if you release the child from its cage, you may find the ambrosia of life. This showcase is not only to honor the childlike truth that lives in me, but to give you permission to see the child inside of you.
