Gunther Johnson

Gunther Johnson focuses his practice in transactional law, including work in mergers & acquisitions, business formation, corporate and real estate transactions, and a variety of general business matters. A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Gunther earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, he externed for the Hon. Erik Thorson at the Superior Court of Arizona.
Gunther completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, where he earned a degree in Government while playing collegiate football, serving as a team captain and setting multiple school records. Gunther brings a determined, team-oriented approach to his practice, with an emphasis on thoughtful preparation, practical problem-solving, and achieving favorable outcomes.
