John J. Campo
Attorney
John Campo represents businesses, including development and investment firms, and high-net-worth individuals in complex real estate transactions. John assists buyers and sellers of real property at all stages of a purchase and sale transaction, including the negotiation of the purchase and sale agreement, due diligence review, title and survey review, and the preparation of closing documents and other ancillary agreements such as easements and restrictive covenants. John also represents borrowers obtaining purchase money or construction financing in loan transactions. Finally, John represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing projects.
John earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School where he served as managing editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. Before attending law school, John gained valuable experience working as a Real Estate Specialist for a Los Angeles-based AmLaw 100 firm. John has also worked as a Summer Associate and an associate attorney at a full-service law firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
