Marc Lerner brings nearly 20 years of management experience and 14 years of litigation practice when assisting clients to resolve their legal issues and business challenges. Comfortable in the boardroom and the courtroom, Mr. Lerner provides a level-headed approach to resolving tough issues often in volatile circumstances.
As a Senior Associate with the firm’s litigation group, Mr. Lerner focuses on dispute resolution, administrative matters, and health law. Mr. Lerner spent the last nine years of his practice supporting and defending one of Arizona’s largest Medicaid Plans.
