The Firm congratulates Shareholder Austin D. Potenza II on his recertification as a specialist in Tax Law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Potenza received his first certification as a specialist in Tax Law in 1991.
Mr. Potenza is the head of the Firm’s Corporate/Transactional Practice Group and serves on the Firm’s Management Committee. Mr. Potenza’s practice focuses on corporate law, tax law, mergers and acquisitions, health law, and commercial transactions. He frequently advises the Firm’s clients on a wide range of tax and business issues, including entity formation, agreements among owners, capital formation, growth and exit strategies.
