The Firm is pleased to announce that Associates Justin Niedzialek and Devin Sreecharana completed the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy program.
The five-day trial program is structured to give participants practical, hands-on training with respect to trial advocacy. The highly selective program is designed to significantly develop and refine the skills necessary for excellence in trial practice. The college’s faculty members are experienced trial attorneys and judges. The program culminates in a mock jury trial.
Both Mr. Niedzialek and Mr. Sreecharana received favorable verdicts for their respective clients.
