Phoenix, AZ (April 1, 2013) –May, Potenza, Baran & Gillespie, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jeffrey M. Manley has joined the Firm as an equity shareholder.

Jeff’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration and corporate law. Additionally, he has significant experience serving as general counsel for multi-generational families, and frequently provides guidance to closely held businesses regarding succession plans, tax strategies and litigation avoidance. Jeff is also a certified fiduciary.
Jeff is actively involved in the local community and serves on several community, business, and charitable organizations. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the St. Theresa’s Perpetual Fund, a member of the Arizona Community Foundation’s Professional Advisory Board, a member of the Catholic Community Foundation Professional Advisory Board, a member of the Phoenix Art Museum’s Planned Giving Committee, a member of the University of Arizona Foundation’s President’s Club, a visitor on the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law’s National Board of Visitors, and a member of the UBS Attorney Network and UBS Attorney Network Advanced Wealth Council.
Jeff earned his J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, and completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University.
