May, Potenza, Baran & Gillespie is pleased to announce the addition of Shruti Gurudanti to our law firm as an Associate Attorney. Her practice areas include Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Emerging Businesses.
Ms. Gurudanti joins the firm with experience as a corporate attorney at one of India’s oldest and largest law firms, Khaitan & Co which was founded in 1911. In this role, she advised clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic and private equity investments, inbound and outbound foreign investment laws, and general corporate law matters. She is also fluent in the languages of Telugu and Hindi.
Receiving her J.D. this year from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, Ms. Gurudanti also wrote for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law, and earned her B.A., LL.B. from the National Law Institute University. Additionally, she has served as an extern to the Hon. Stephen M. McNamee, U.S. District Court for District of Arizona.
