Paula Williams Recognized for Service as Judge Pro Tem

Paula Williams, a litigation shareholder with the firm was recently recognized for her outstanding volunteer service as a Judge Pro Tem for the State of Arizona, Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Office.

The program coordinator for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Office stated, “Our participants were exceedingly pleased with the service you provided during Fiscal Year 2014.” The comments that Judge Pro Tempore Williams received included that she was extremely professional and pleasant, willing to listen and engage all parties in the mediation process, and that the parties settled a factually and legally complex case despite their emotional attachments to their positions.
