The Firm congratulates Associate Devin Sreecharana on passing the February 2012 Bar Exam. He is now licensed to practice law in both Arizona and California.
As a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Sreecharana is developing his practice in all aspects of commercial litigation, including commercial landlord tenant law, business torts, and professional liability. He is also developing his practice in the area of appellate advocacy. Mr. Sreecharana will continue to focus on legal disputes in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Sreecharana graduated from the University of Arizona in 2008, magna cum laude, with Honors, with a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in International Studies & External Affairs. He received his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2011, cum laude. During law school, Mr. Sreecharana served as an Extern to the Hon. David K. Duncan, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He was also a Justice Anthony M. Kennedy Scholar, member of the ABA Negotiation Team, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the California Western International Law Journal.
