The Firm is pleased to welcome Oliver J. Davis and Devin Sreecharana as Associates. Both Mr. Davis and Mr. Sreecharana served as the Firm’s Summer Associates in 2010.
Oliver J. Davis
Oliver J. Davis is an Associate of the Firm in the Corporate/Transactional Practice Group. Mr. Davis is developing his practice in the area of corporate law, including securities offerings, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and representing start-ups. He is also developing an appellate advocacy practice.
Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Arizona in 2006, cum laude, with a B.S. in Business Administration-Business Economics and B.A. in Communications. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in 2011. During law school, Mr. Davis was an Extern to the Hon. Stephen M. McNamee, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He was also a member of the Sports Law Moot Court Team, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Arizona Journal of International & Comparative Law.
Devin Sreecharana
Devin Sreecharana is an Associate of the Firm in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He is developing his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and appellate advocacy.
Mr. Sreecharana graduated from the University of Arizona in 2008, magna cum laude, with Honors, with a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in International Studies & External Affairs. He received his J.D., cum laude, from California Western School of Law in 2011. During law school, Mr. Sreecharana served as an Extern to the Hon. David K. Duncan, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He was also a Justice Anthony M. Kennedy Scholar, member of the ABA Negotiation Team, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the California Western International Law Journal.
