Dorothy Baran focuses her practice in all aspects of real estate, corporate law, employment law, and commercial transactions.
She represents clients in connection with contracts, real estate matters, and disputes regarding business entity ownership. Ms. Baran has experience with acquisition, leasing, disposition and financing of real estate, and with secured transactions involving personal property and enforcement of liens and contracts. She also represents clients in matters pertaining to their labor and employment issues.
Ms. Baran has served on the Firm’s Management Committee. She was born in Mielec, Poland and is fluent in Polish.
