Jeffrey Manley practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration and litigation, and corporate law focusing on counseling high income and high net worth individuals, families and closely held business organizations on tax, succession and asset protection utilizing a multidisciplinary integrated approach. Mr. Manley has over 30 years of experience serving as general counsel for multi-generational families, closely held businesses and professional corporations, preparing succession plans, minimizing taxes and avoiding litigation.
